Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at horizonbusinesshub.com and services provided by Horizon Business Hub ("HBH"), a trade name of Horizon Pack and Ship LLC. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

HBH provides business automation, marketing systems, website hosting, and managed operations services. Service tiers, deliverables, pricing, and outcome guarantees are described on individual tier pages and in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at engagement start.

Pricing & payment

• Setup fees are non-refundable except as covered by tier-specific guarantees.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled month-to-month after the guarantee window described on the tier page.
• The MSA at engagement start is the controlling document for pricing and scope.

Outcome guarantees

Each tier publishes a guarantee. Guarantees are good-faith commitments with measurement criteria defined in the MSA. If we miss a guarantee benchmark, we keep working under the terms specified for that tier (typically: free working months until the benchmark is met).

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to the systems we need to operate.
• Honor the workflows and SLAs documented in your engagement (e.g., respond to flagged leads within stated time).
• Not use HBH services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our templates, playbooks, internal tooling, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business content, customer data, and any custom assets we produce specifically for you (websites, copy, images). Upon cancellation, your assets are exported and handed over.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBH's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes are resolved in courts located in Hardin County, Kentucky.
