If your business infrastructure is not live by day 14 of your engagement, every day after that we work free until it is. Live means your LLC is confirmed, your website is live at your domain and indexed by Google, your Google Business Profile is claimed and verified, your business phone is forwarding to your cell, and your branded email is sending and receiving.
When the clock starts.
The 14-day clock starts the day your intake form is complete, not the day you pay. If you delay intake, the start date moves with you. The guarantee covers our delivery time. We will tell you on day one exactly what we need from you.
When the clock pauses.
Only if we are waiting on you for required information (a decision on business name, a brand direction approval, the operating agreement signature, the website preview review). If we email you asking for something and you do not respond for three days, those three days do not count against our 14.
This is not a refund guarantee. It is a service guarantee. We commit to the outcome, not the money. You wanted a live business, not your money back.
If you complete your onboarding checklist inside 30 days and you do not receive your first inbound lead through your new system within 60 days of launch, we extend your monthly service at no charge until you do.
Onboarding call completed. The 30-minute call on day 14 has to happen. We walk through every system on this call. If you skip it, the guarantee does not activate.
Google Business Profile fully verified. We claim it. You confirm the verification postcard (if Google sends one) inside 14 days of receipt. Some GBP verifications require a real human action we cannot do for you.
Phone forwarding tested and active. Your business phone has to actually ring your cell. If you turn forwarding off, the guarantee does not apply to missed calls.
You answer the phone or call back inside 24 hours. A lead that calls and never gets a response is not a lead you can count.
Meet those conditions and the 60-day clock activates the day your business goes live. If 60 days passes with no inbound lead, monthly stays free until you get one.
The setup fee is non-refundable.
We say this directly because we will not pretend it is something else. Once we file your LLC, register your EIN, set up your domain, and build your website, those things cannot be un-built. You paid for the work. The work is done.
But everything we build is yours.

Intake delays. The 14-day clock starts when intake is complete. If you take a month to fill out the form, the 14-day deadline moves accordingly.
Approval delays. If we ask you to approve the website preview on day 9 and you do not respond until day 16, the days you took to respond do not count against our 14.
Missed onboarding. The 60-day lead guarantee activates only after the day-14 onboarding call is completed.
Disabled forwarding. If you turn off your phone forwarding, do not pick up calls, or do not call leads back inside 24 hours, the 60-day lead guarantee pauses.
Cancellation during build. If you cancel before day 14, you forfeit the setup fee (the build is in motion or done). You still keep the LLC, the EIN, and any completed work in your name.
