Background

Justin builds a single integrated system that orchestrates 10-plus platforms across customer relationships, web presence, and security, the same stack his retail businesses run every day. He meets owners where they are, finds the specific bottleneck choking growth, and removes it. The result is a business that runs cleaner, closes faster, and stops losing revenue to gaps the owner never had time to see. Nothing ships to a client that hasn't first been proved on Horizon's own books.

He served 15 years in the U.S. Army, reaching Sergeant First Class, with two deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a maintenance and logistics advisor, later transitioning into Cyber Operations. The same diligence that ran logistics on the front lines now runs the systems behind Horizon's clients.

Recent outcomes across Horizon's own businesses and advisory work with local owners: scaled Horizon Pack and Ship from one location to two in 10 months, moving over 750 shipments in the first year (including supporting government-contract logistics) and filling the local printing gap left when two print shops closed. Advised Hardin County home-service businesses on automated lead follow-up, missed-call recovery, and review generation, the same workflows now packaged for Horizon Business Hub clients. Built and operates the Managed Operations stack on Horizon's two retail locations before any of it touches a paying client.
